About Me

For as long as I can remember I have had a handful of diverse interests that have directed my path in life and in study. Holistic medicine, Genealogy, History and Writing are the passions that have shaped me and it is through pursuing those interests over the years that I have been able to feel most aligned within my values.

In 2003, whilst living in London I started my genealogical and therapeautic journeys and then later commenced a Degree. My holistic training began with Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and various other modalities but soon branched out into Life Coaching, NLP and EFT where I gained Practitioner status in all three in 2008. Helping people overcome blocks that have limited them living their best life is not only transformational for them but enriches my life. Holistic therapy training is an ongoing love for me and in the past couple of years I have trained in many other fields including Reiki, Health and Wellness Coaching, Mindfulness, Professional Relaxation and Holistic Pain Management.

As well as therapy and coaching training, my University qualifications have followed my other passions and include MLitt (Commendation) Scottish Heritage through University of Aberdeen, Scotland, which had a large focus on family history and a Bachelor of Arts Professional Writing & Publishing through Curtin University, Perth, Australia. I am also currently enrolled in further post graduate studies completing a Higher Certificate in Genealogy through the Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies, (IHGS) in Canterbury, UK, an institute dedicated to family history and heraldry education and research.
